The group is hoping to put a big dent in @realDonaldTrump's follower count, which currently sits at 26.6 million. Ultimately, the goal is to "send him the message that the American public will no longer be bullied."

Based on Trump's affinity for large crowds and boasting about his popularity, there's a good chance he keeps tabs on that number and cares if it goes down.
