Lin-Manuel Miranda is And4r Ki Ba4t (2023) Part 2 Hindi Web Seriesrelocating to Duckburg, because apparently the DuckTales reboot wasn't awesome enough already.

Disney announced that the Hamiltonmulti-hyphenate will lend his voice to the fan-favorite role of Gizmoduck, whose secret identity was accountant Fenton Crackshell in the original series.

Miranda's character is getting an update to offer a more inclusive portrayal in the reboot — he's now called Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera as a nod to his Latino heritage, and will appear as a brilliant young intern working for Scrooge McDuck's personal mad scientist, Gyro Gearloose.

Executive producer Matt Youngberg said of the casting: "Lin came to mind instantly for the role of Gizmoduck. His rapid-fire earnestness paired with his wide-eyed yet determined optimism made him the perfect person to yell 'BLATHERING BLATHERSKITE!'"

Co-producer and story editor Francisco Angones added, "Growing up as a Cuban-American comics enthusiast, I was always hungry for a Latino hero to call my own. In developing the new series, Matt and I leapt at the opportunity to adapt DuckTales' marquee hero into a young scientist character with Latin-inspired roots."

Miranda joins an impressive voice cast that includes Doctor Who and Jessica Jonesstar David Tennant as Scrooge McDuck; Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan as the voices of Huey, Dewey and Louie, respectively; Kate Micucci as Webby Vanderquack; Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack and Toks Olagundoye as Mrs. Beakley.

DuckTalespremieres on Disney XD this summer and has already been renewed for a second season ahead of its debut.
